Our very popular 'SITHI' class - a high intensity circuit session with a difference!
6:00 - 7:15pm

'Social Interaction Through Healthy Initiatives'
WEDNESDAY
Our Wednesday Warriors class: 6:30 - 7:45 pm

Ladies only!
Work as part of a strong team and learn all the boxing fundamentals.
THURSDAY
Boxing Personal Training sessions with Head Coach Scott:
